a little oak & one bone

chair just about done

I started putting linseed oil on the chair…

and I carved a new design. Liked it so much I carved the design in a piece of scrap to keep as a record of the layout.

Meanwhile, I found this at the beach. Anyone know whose bones it is?

  1. Peter,

    I’m interested in oil finishes.

Are you able to describe how you do it in more detail, please?

Do you add wax to the final finish?

  2. Oops, scrolled too far up. My bone comment is in the next post. However I concur with Bill, goose size is right for Canada Goose.
